The important principle is that the occupation changes the context, but not the assessment standard.

So a cleaner will not suddenly receive questions about managing employees, business accounts or supplier negotiation just because those sound more “managerial.”

Instead, they might receive something like:

You have several assigned areas to complete, supplies to restock and a checklist to finish during the shift. Explain how you would organise the work if one area suddenly became urgent.
